Order processing time

Once your order is confirmed and payment completed, we will process it as soon as possible. Usually, we will process it within 1-2 business days. If there is a holiday, it will be postponed.

Order processing hours for the Tcartravelroad.com are Monday-Friday/8:00 AM-4:00 PM (CST).

Our order cutoff time is 4:00 PM (CST), Monday-Friday, orders placed after 4:00 p.m.

Monday -Thursday will be prioritized for processing at 8:00 a.m. the following day.

Orders after 4:00 PM (CST) on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday. (Orders will not be processed during holidays)

Shipping time

For your order, we choose UPS Express as our shipping method.

We understand your desire for car peripheral products, so we will do our best to ensure that you receive your package as soon as possible.

The specific shipping time depends on your geographical location. It will generally be delivered to your doorstep within 2-5 business days. In case of holidays, it will be postponed.

Delivery time

(2) For orders shipped via UPS Express, our shipping time is 2-5 business days.

About consumption tax

Package

We understand the preciousness of car peripheral products, so we ensure that each package is carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.

We will use cartons to package your car peripheral products, and add plastic foam paper inside to prevent scratches, collisions or crushing to minimize potential transportation damage.

The package contains the car peripheral product you purchased, our gifts, and a return label (the return label will be required to be returned when returning the product, so it is recommended to keep it properly).

3. How to check my order information?

After shipment, if you want to check the order information, you can check the progress through the track order page.
