From the moment you receive your car peripheral product, you have 14 natural days to decide whether you want to keep it. You may contact us at any time during this period to make a return for a full refund of the purchase price.
In order to ensure a smooth return, returning car peripheral products must meet the following conditions:
1) Return requests need to be made within 14 natural days after receipt. If it exceeds 14 natural days, we may not be able to accept your return request.
2) The returned car peripheral product can be in a lightly used state, but it needs to come with all original packaging, gifts and return labels (the return label will be included in the original packaging of your car peripheral product when shipped).

About canceling orders

Return order processing time
We will process your return order within 1-2 business days.
Tcartravelroad.com return order processing hours are Monday-Friday/8:00 AM-4:00 PM (CST).
Our return order cutoff time is 4:00 PM (CST), Monday-Friday, return orders placed after 4:00 p.m.
Monday-Thursday will be prioritized at 8:00 a.m. the following day.
Return orders after 4:00 PM (CST) on Friday will be processed next Monday. (Orders will not be processed during holidays)

Return shipping costs
If the car peripheral product has quality problems such as wear and tear or is returned due to our error, Tcartravelroad.com will bear the return shipping costs.
If you need to return the car peripheral product because you don’t like the style or other personal preferences, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Exchange process
If you need to replace the car peripheral product you received, you can follow the steps below after making an exchange application:

2) Once we receive the car peripheral product, we will re-ship it to you as soon as possible.
Exchange shipping fee
If the car peripheral product is requested to be replaced due to quality or transportation issues (for example, the car peripheral product received is defective or damaged), the shipping cost will be borne by Tcartravelroad.com.
If the exchange is not due to quality problems or missing products of car peripheral products, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
